Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms cover your use of Buzz Reply, the missed-call text-back service for pest control companies. By signing up, you agree to them.

Who can use it

Businesses, 18 or older, who can lawfully enter into a contract. You're responsible for anyone you add to your account.

What the service does

When a call to your connected number goes unanswered, Buzz Reply texts the caller back, answers common questions about your services, collects the details you ask for, and helps book an appointment. It can also follow up with leads who go quiet, ask for reviews after completed work, and send reminders you set up.

Your number and your account

The service works with a business number you connect. It sends and receives messages on your behalf from that number. You stay in control: you can disconnect the number or close the account, and we'll help you do it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the messages sent from your account and for the accuracy of anything the agent tells customers on your behalf.

You also handle the rules that come with texting people: contact people who have reason to expect a reply from you, honor requests to stop, and keep your service descriptions honest. If you're not sure about a state or industry rule, check before you send.

Don'ts

No illegal use. No deceptive claims. No mass texting people who never contacted you. No trying to break, disable, or resell the service without an agreement with us.

Results

We build this to catch more calls and book more jobs, but response times, bookings, and lead volume depend on things outside our control: your number, your hours, your prices, and the customer. We don't guarantee a specific result.

Pricing and cancellation

What you pay, and when, is what you agree at signup. You can stop using the service at any time by contacting us; anything already owed stays owed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Buzz Reply isn't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost leads, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it came up.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and keep using the service means you accept it.

Questions

Written in plain language so it's easy to read. It's our working policy, not legal advice.
