Buzz Reply texts back missed calls for pest control companies. This page explains what we collect when you visit this site, text our demo, or book a walkthrough, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Details you give us. Your name, phone number, email, business name, and service address when you text the demo, book a walkthrough through our calendar, or contact us directly.
Messages. The text conversations you start with our demo, and the booking details when you pick a time.
Basic usage. Simple technical records like which pages were visited and rough location, so we know what's worth improving.
How we use it
To reply to you, set up your account, and schedule your walkthrough. To send follow-ups about the inquiry you started, and service reminders you signed up for. Nothing else.
Who sees it
We use a small set of tools to run the business: a scheduling service (Calendly), a phone and texting platform that hosts the demo conversation, and our website host. They handle your information only to provide those services.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you are one of our customers' customers
When a pest control company uses Buzz Reply, the texts you receive from the number you called come from their account. That business controls the conversation and decides how long it is kept. Ask them directly if you have questions about your messages.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to run your account and support you, and after that only where we have a legal or tax reason to hold a record.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us to stop texting or emailing you at any time. Write to maximillianhanson@gmail.com or call (860) 359-1607 and we'll handle it.
Security
We keep access to records limited and use ordinary safeguards. No way of sending or storing information is fully secure, so we can't promise absolute safety.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
Written in plain language so it's easy to read. It's our working policy, not legal advice.
